  Great views while it sits on Smith Lake. Other than that I wasn't impressed with the place. The food was cold. Service was terrible

  One of my first memories as a kid was eating here with my grandparents. And the coolest thing I've always remembered is that the wait staff left the pitcher of sweet tea on the table. Just something different. I recently visited with my husband and his family for a birthday party and ordered a dozen fried oysters. And much to my dismay, the oysters reeked of mud and tasted no better. I was disappointed. Most "mom and pop" restaurants that serve oysters cook them better than fine dining restaurants. But not only that, but my husband ordered the chopped steak and his food was served cold. Sadly, we'll prolly never be back. The place is not what I remembered, but they still leave the pitcher on the table!
